My Favorites!
Hello everyone! With the spring season coming to a close and summer quickly approaching, I wanted to take a second to recap some of my favorite blogs posted here!
Every so often, I feel it's essential for me to look back on my previous content and see what areas I could possibly improve on as well as note what type of content you all are most receptive to. I always want to provide the best possible information and content for you all to consume and I am a firm believer in 'there is always room for improvement'! So, with that being said, here are some of my favorite blogs to date! If you are new here, please take a minute to check out these highlights from my blog!
The first piece I want to discuss is What is the 75 Hard Challenge?
I posted this blog as the new year was starting because I have often observed that a LOT of people tend to set their health goals around this time as well as jump on any new trending ideas. The 75 Hard Challenge has been a popular trend for the past couple of years, essentially looking at one's health from a holistic point of view. However, I felt the vast majority of people were not entirely sure what this challenge entailed. This blog post laid out the main goals and takeaways of the challenge, allowing individuals to best understand what the process would look like. If you haven't read this blog, definitely take the time to do so! The 75 Hard Challenge will change your life!
The next piece I really loved creating is Make Vegan Fluffy Pancakes!
This one was definitely a favorite of mine because I love creating and sharing new recipes. Beginning a vegan or vegetarian diet can feel restricting at first so I loved being able to share a fun and delicious recipe with you all! These pancakes are still a staple in my go-to breakfasts and the recipe is very simple! If you are wanting to try something new for breakfast, check this out!
Finally, my last favorite blog thus far is A Pioneer In Nutrition.
I personally find it very interesting to see what individuals helped pave the roads in terms of nutrition and helped us obtain the knowledge we have today. This quick read will give you a small glimpse into one of the pioneers in the nutrition world as well as share some perspective on how long this knowledge dates back to. I loved creating this blog and hope to do more like it in the future!
